EDI Project Outsourcing:
Zori was selected by a $12B global engineering and electronic products manufacturing company to replace on a very short notice the original implementation group and to take full ownership over the EDI implementation of all its vendors. Zori analyzed the business requirements, lined up resources, and completed the project successfully by implementing 360 vendors within one year by developing and implementing ANSI X12 maps for 850, 855, 860 and 810. This resulted in significant cost savings for the manufacture’s Purchasing Department. It also reduced the time of moving the products from the vendors to the customer as well as allowed vendors to invoice and be paid quicker, error free.
Interim EDI Contractor: Zori successfully interviewed, trained and provided the EDI contracting services to a major Food and Beverage company to assist for one year with all legacy EDI system and Trading Partner setups.
Zori successfully managed/implemented projects for GPC/NAPA Autoparts such as MessageWay 5.0 to 6.0 migration;Secure connections for AS2, SFTP (ssh), SFTP Proxy, FTPS (ssl); MessagWay Disaster Recovery system. Implemented department EDI Change Control Procedures and Backup & Security Procedures;
Zori successfully completed HIPAA 5010 Remediation Project conversion from 4010 for BlueShield of CA;
Zori assisted the Global Computing Systems and Storage Devices Division of multi-billion dollar EMS company in successfully managing and implementing External Fulfillment EDI projects for manufacturing sites in US, Mexico, Europe, Australia and Asia.
In April 2014 Zori successfully completed Project SAP Everest for Doosan / Bobcat, consisting of development of 55+ EDI maps, for IDoc: MATMAS03, LOIPRR01, PEXR2002, MBGMCR03, YMBGMCR3, ORDERS01, DELVRY03, INVOIC01, SHPMNT05, ORDERS05 and EDI Transactions: 888, 940, 943, 947, 856, 846, 204, 214, 990, 850, 860, 855, 810, 820. EDI integrations with SAP ECC 6.0 and Oracle 11i and 10.7 for Procure to Pay, Order To Cash, Oracle Transportation Management and Thrid Party Logistics Partners;
Zori also assisted a multi billion dollar Consumer Goods company to design its EDI system integration with SAP. Based on Zori’s proof of concept the team successfully completed the EDI mainframe mapping development for over 200 maps and its translation integration with Idocs on the SAP 3.1H system.
